Our stay here was good. Everywhere was very walkable, yet the hotel was in a nice quiet area away from the noise. Our room was lovely and precious and staff were very helpful. Our one complaint was that our room was on the ground floor right by the pool and it got noisy from time to time.

The Banana Garden Villa is a gem. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay. Tinh, Linh, Canh, Son, Tam, Viet and all the other staff were friendly, helpful, professional and welcoming. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The daily breakfast was delicious with good variety of foods. We loved the pool and access to bicycles. The location was quiet but walkable to Old Town. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed stayed very much, and would visit again. Great Location clean and spacious room with gorg view. Staff were excellent, helpful, polite, and happy. Pools were open until very late. Bicycles were free to ride. Small water bottles provided every day. A/C powerful and room smelled fresh and dry. Rooms were cleaned by the time we came back from breakfast. In our humble opinion breakfast options needs improvements. Very poor protein selections. Lot of time arriving at 9 (breakfast until 10) Half of it was gone and not re-filled. There is no dedicated smoking Area so everyone smokes eveyrwhere. Sun loungers needs maintaintance, some had broken headrests and holding only on 1 instead of 2 pins. Gym is very poorly equipped. Missing do not disturb signs, Had cleaners knocking on door early morning :(

Room was clean. Staff was great! Location was really good, and quiet. Restaurants nearby. Only thing we did not like was the shower…made the whole bathroom wet and slippery. Just a bad concept. Also, there were no wash rags or hand towels, so one has to use bath towel for everything. Not good for the ladies.

Staff are excellent and its all very laid back. Rooms are large and well equipped. No safe in the room but didnt feel like an issue. Very quiet and comfortable hotel, with wide selection at breakfast. Used them for airport drop off and a day trip. About 10 mins max walk into the centre either by river or on road. Lots of fining options within 5 mins
