Perfectly nice hotel rooms. Pool on top floor was a wasteland, might be in un-used winter mode? Empty Lots outside the hotel are graffitied and fulk of rubbish. Beach, food, shopping all in easy walking distance, plenty to do. Beach is great.

Great location and super nice people, particularly the breakfast girls. The pool was being worked on while I was there. But it was rainy season, so there wasn't much you could do up there. One heads up, take your ipad with you because the tv only gets one channel. But there is a lot to do around Da Nang.

Great Service

The hotel had a great service (not Danang's strength), we felt very well taken care of. It was overall a tasteful design with a lot of attention to details and our room had a great view on the city and partly beach with peninsula & Lady Buddha statue. You can walk to the beach and it's still central so you can easily grab a 8-minute taxi ride to get into town. Negative was: our room had mold and the breakfast was not a buffet with fruit & healthy options but "a la carte" with limited not so healthy options.

Room booked through Expedia had no view at all. Blank Wall. Had to pay extra for an room with a view. Will not use Expedia again due to getting room without a view even though room description says "window". Might as well talk to the hotel direct.

ドライヤーが故障したがフロントに電話をかけるとすぐに対応してくれた。またチェックアウトの日時をこちらが間違えていたが、追加の宿泊費を払うことで同じ部屋に泊まらせてもらえた。シーツがあまりきれいではない点が少し気になるが、対応のよいフロント、フレンドリーなレストランスタッフなどサービス面が充実している。立地の面でもビーチ、コンビニ、飲食店が近いためとても便利である。

The breakfast buffet was full of options with perfect staff which was ready to go up and beyond to make sure youvare happy...and the tv reception in the rooms was excellent and really made my stay there unforgettable. Also the hot water for the shower was as good as any of the best places in the world. It's also a very close walk to the beach which is beautiful. The staff was very polite and extremely willing to help out whenever needed. I wish I was rich enough to have tipped all the staff $5 just to show them how good of a job they were doing. Especially the ladies helping out at the breakfast buffet. They all deserve to be tipped by everyone who eats there every morning.

Clean rooms with beautiful city view. Great breakfast buffet No hot water sometimes. Shower area is too small. Water from the shower heads spattered everywhere and pooled up in the bathroom. Lights in the bathroom are too dim. My husband could not shave as a result.
