「The experience was so unreal, Edgar, Fredy, Irvin, Jose, Sheyla, Daniel, literally everyone were AMAZING. I have visited a lot of countries and this was by far the best experience was staying here. They are so attentive to EVERYTHING it’s so much. Would give it 10 stars if I could 」

「Absolutely Wonderful! Staff is excellent, and they go the extra mile to make you feel welcomed and assist in any way they can. We stayed 4 nights (Sept 2022) in the Master Suite and found the facility to be exceptional and yet not crowded. The breakfast buffet, and restaurant are well above your normal continental breakfast, they will cook you and omelet/poach eggs for you but the other food may tempt you enough that you won’t need anything cooked to order. 「Ive traveled quite a bit for work and vacations all over the work and I think this maybe best hotel I’ve stayed at. EVERYTHING superb- everyone looking out for guests. The facilities are historic but so beautiful and well kept. Location is ideal.」

「This was a lovely property. The staff was excellent and very helpful with ways to acclimate to the altitude. We got great restaurant recommendations and directions around the San Blas area of Cusco. The only issue was that our room faced a small courtyard area that had very bright fluorescent or LED lighting until 10 or 11 at night that the blackout curtains couldn't quite mask.」

「Good location very near the main square. Beautiful and cozy room. There’s even a jacuzzi. Very professional service from Angela/Harry/ the front desk team, trying to arrange and fulfill all our requests. They even offered us packed breakfast when I told them we plan to leave early for day trips. Overall one of the best hotel during my trip in South America and I would definitely recommend it to other travelers. 」

「住宿的旅客多半都是要前往或由馬丘比丘返程的，所以即使是凌晨都聽得到開關房跟談話的聲音，但令人最在意的是浴室的水流會忽冷忽熱，在冬天這種季節，特地訂了有浴缸的房間，洗澡洗得很痛苦，連想泡個澡都無法實現，浴缸的出水口無法緊閉，這是令人非常失望的。」
