「We booked this place because it could accommodate three to a room and it is literally above the Inca Rail station. The reviews were also very good. Unfortunately for us we were in the rooms that are right off the street and we couldn’t sleep due to the road noise. We asked to be changed but they didn’t have any availability. I wouldn’t stay here again. For the price you don’t get the amenities that other hotels provide. 」

「We were arranged to room near traffic road. It was a bit noisy. We struggled between natural ventilation (since no air conditioning in hotel) and noise isolation. Opening window, too noisy. Close window, stagnant air.」

「We had an excellent stay here. The hotel felt very safe with staff at the entrance 24/7. We were able to leave our bags for 5 days while doing a trek as well. It was quite quiet as well during the night. Breakfast was also great with eggs at every breakfast. They also have 24/7 tea in the lobby which was great for late arrivals or coca tea during the day.」

「This is one of the best spot to stay in Cusco. Closer to train station, pharmacy, groceries and accessible to transporation to roam around tourist places. The host is very responsive. There's some noise of constructions outside but so far the insulation of the hotel is good. Highly recommended 」

「Em todas as noites a roupa de cama era reposta para apenas uma pessoa, sendo que se tratava de acomodação dupla, gerando a necessidade de pedirmos toalha adicional na recepção. Não houve disponibilização de panos de chão ou toalhas de rosto, gerando inconveniências. O café da manhã deixou muito a desejar, com pouquíssima variedade, não justificando o custo adicional na hospedagem. 」

「我住六人多床間，剛好那幾天都只有我一個人睡，空間感好夠，我住了四晚，可惜的是我的床舖沒有被收拾過，房內的垃圾也沒有清潔過，那卷廁紙剛剛好在第四天用完。 番梘洗頭水除了第一天外，也沒有給我更多，毛巾也沒有換過，所以感覺酒店10分環保。」

「The hotel is very modern, the bed is too firm for me, I felt like sleeping in Korean traditional bed YO, did not sleep at all for 48 hrs. The room floor and bathroom need some extra detail cleaning, the room is very nice and the bathroom very spacious. Staff very friendly, WiFi on and off once in a while. Breakfast is good except the box breakfast. Cleaning needed improvement. Room 206」

「The room is clean and cosy. However, the ventilation is bad if the window is closed. Also, the noise from the other room was heard. Staff there are very nice, coca tea was provided at checkin and the room is available even before checkin time. There are only limited food choices for breakfast. However, packed breakfast is available if need to leave early.」

「Je suis resté deux nuits à l'hôtel. La première fut quelque peu difficile, alors que ma chambre au deuxième étage donnait directement sur la rue où circulent sans arrêt des véhicules. Ayant le sommeil léger, il m'était difficile de dormir avec le bruit même en ayant des bouchons dans les oreilles. J'ai demandé le lendemain s'il était possible de changer de chambre et on acquiesça par bonheur à ma demande. Celle-ci était située au cinquième étage plus vers l'arrière de l'édifice et c'était...
