「The room is just for sleeping and there is no drawer for clothes hangers. When asked, the office staff said that they don't provide any. So there is no cup for brushing teeth and no hot water kettle for making coffee. It is very simple and the charges are not cheap. The only advantage is that it is very convenient near the shopping mall.」

「Room inside designed really modern style. Not like the outside looking. Not really spacious but big enough. Hardwood floor which is really clean and nice. The only one concern is that the room card/key needs to be reactivated too often. 」

「Nice staff and good location, a few homeless appear may be a block away from the south and east of the hotel. They don't look bothering but better no walk alone at night.」

「Beautiful and clean hotel. Very well decorated for Christmas and all staff was very friendly. Breakfast was amazing but pricey. It cost more for our breakfast than our dinner at an upscale near by restaurant the previous night. All in all we would stay here again. Surrounding area is sad though. More homeless people than regular pedestrians. 」
