「The staff on the front desk was very helpful within their limits of responsibilities. Bathroom needs improvement, no toilet seat, you have to ask for toilet paper. They imposed excessive charge to use the picnic areas, PH1000.00, 150.00 to use their dirty bbq grill, 300.00 to bring your own liquor. Very limited breakfast menu. The beach area is excellent for children, surprisingly its free. Will I come back, I don't think so.」

「well...as the quality of all the aspects of the hotel, the price is way too expensive. The hotel is super old. it was clean in the public area but the room didn't smell good, smell like humidity and old. the all facilities are way too old. I dont wanna use the tub at all! the shower water temperature was not steady. The bed was really hard and uneven, seems something broken underneath. there were many facilities in the hotel campus but they were all very old and not maintained or renovated...

「I give this place an overall 5 stars because of their price point. They aren't like other hotels that claim they are a 4 or 5 star then you arrive to find otherwise. 「The place is nice and quiet and very clean. The house itself is very unique in style considering it's an old house. The staff are accomodating, helpful and friendly. 「The tv in unit 106 wasn't working, but it was okay. Great experience when we used their event area and had them catered. Enjoyed having breakfast in the courtyard area.
