Hotel bem conservado, foi uma surpresa boa. O apartamento limpo, roupas de cama e toalhas também, café da manhã muito bom. Nota 10 para o recepcionista Gabriel (conterrâneo), educado, sempre com um sorriso no rosto e solicito. Voltarei mais vezes, com certeza!

Hotel simples e me pareceu não estar muito bem preparado para receber a enorme quantidade de hóspedes devido ao show que ocorreria naquela noite em Curitiba. O Check-in demorou 1h, haviam somente 2 atendentes e o ritmo de trabalho deles deixou a desejar. Comigo deu tudo certo rapidamente, mas várias pessoas que estavam na fila antes de mim demoraram muito para a conclusão do check in

Me hospedei durante dois dias e tive uma ótima experiência. O café da manhã tem várias opções e estava muito bom. Almoço e jantar têm preços bem razoáveis. O quarto e banheiro estavam bem limpos e organizados, e recebem limpeza e arrumação diária (e caso necessário mais de uma vez é só solicitar). A equipe da recepção é atenciosa e receptiva, e está sempre de prontidão para ajudar os hóspedes em caso de dúvidas ou de alguma necessidade. O hotel fica no Centro e tem uma boa localização, o que foi ótimo pra mim porque minha viagem foi para o show da Olívia Rodrigo no Couto Pereira, que ficava a apenas 15 minutos do hotel e eu sequer precisei gastar com transporte do hotel para o estádio e do estádio para o hotel. Falando no show, eles serviram um buffet especial com salgados e doces para quem estava retornando do show, o que eu particularmente achei muito atencioso da parte deles pois só quem já foi em algum show sabe o quanto bate a fome nessas horas.

Hotel com uma ótima localização, possui garagem, porém cobram o valor de 40 reais a parte, quarto ok, café da manhã é básico dentro do normal, no banheiro não possui secador, atendentes com atendimento cordial.
