"The property is dated and needs remodeling. The continental breakfast was nothing special with limited items and variety. There are better options to stay in Gunnison. I will not be returning to this motel."

"Where to start...Gave them 1 star because I was feeling generous. The free breakfast from 6:30-9:30 does not exist. Went to the breakfast area at 8:45 and found nothing. Went to ask the front desk and there was no one. Called the hotel from the front desk and no answer. The hot tubs that look beautiful in the pictures must have been from 10 yrs ago. One tub was empty and the other was full with a yellow-green water. Asked the front desk and then he said they're not working. Finally, the hotel is extremely dated and worn. The desk area in the room had peeling laminate. I realize Gunnison doesn't have "great" accomodations but this one was the worse. Wyndham should pull their name off the building because it can't meet their standards (or any other chain for that matter)."

"The rooms have recently been renovated and are clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the generous room and bathroom lighting and the outlets and usb ports on each nightstand. We stay overnight in Montrose often, and had used a similar motel up the street for years. The Minecart really outshines our previous motel. We are making the Minecart our new lodging space"

"The hotel is new and clean but it is LOUD! About 11:00 PM, it sounded like a college dorm with a karaoke show… went on for a few hours …if you’re used to city noise, it won’t bother you but pack earplugs"
