「The hotel has been renovated, and the room facilities are very new and clean. However, for non-smokers like us, the hallway has a strong smell of smoke, despite the “No Smoking” sign at the entrance. The soundproofing of the rooms is not very good. On the positive side, the breakfast is plentiful, and the staff are very friendly!」

「The staff was very friendly and helpful. My main complaint is that my sheets were dirty. There was hair all over the bed and you could tell the sheets weren't changed from the previous person. When we went downstairs to get clean sheets that night and the staff member was sleeping and clearly very hard because he would not wake up even as we were right next to him. The next morning after shift change, we requested new sheets and told them what happened, they apologized and came right up...

「We had six people in our room and only had 3 towels. After our first night I asked for 6 but was only given 3 again. Also I think you could give a little more choices with breakfast and extend hours till 10.」
