「I can't comment on the room itself, because it was not available for my stqy due to technical reasons. I was lodged in Oxy Apartment, close to Casafra. Oxy apartment was really awsome, especially Bariş the owner who was more than welcoming. He has a restaurant (Elit Café), which you jave to go through to enter and exit the room (no privacy), and he offers an excellent breakfast which I would recommend, if you stay in Casafra, as it is just one block away.」

「Not clean, everything is more or less broken (floor, ceiling, knob, furniture, sockets…). There is no insulation between rooms and corridor ans between rooms. Breakfast is 3 olives with bred and instant coffee. Very noisy all night, windows are not sealed. Good location. Doesn’t worth the price.」

「Zimmer dreckig und unfassbar klein, kann nicht mal einen Koffer ausbreiten, ohne Ohrstöpsel kann man Schlaf vergessen, weil es leider komplett hellhörig ist.」

「Room was very clean. The room was warm when we arrived and the AC worked well. We were two adults and two young children and the beds were one single bed (small sofa converted to bed) and one king size bed. For one night it was comfortable. Gym on floor -1 was good. We had some food from the room service menu which was good but there were few vegetarian options.」

「Most of the staff is good and friendly, but one lady staff at reception seemed to be racism, friendly to others, but not to Asian people. One matress in our room was damaged, too soft, not firm enough, realized this problem after 3 nights sleep wake up with painful back, reported to the hotel and they said they changed the matress while we were out, but still not so comfortable matress. Overall this is a good hotel.」

「It was a great pleasure to stay at Crowne Plaza. The restaurant on the 6/F is excellent with great view and lively music. The food selection is food. Very helpful from the team especially Sercan who provided a lot of tips and advice where to go and eat. Location of the hotel is good too as it closes to the pier and we can take ferries to avoid the congestion from land transport. Also would like to mention the great service from Ugur who helped to arrange the taxi service in a rainy day. Super...
