「My Booking was canceled a few hours short of my check-in time on the day of travel and an alternative hotel was appointed a few miles away that had no parking and that was why I choose this hotel. local parking at long stay maximum was 24 hours so that ruined my stay to celebrate the king's coronation. the alternative hotel cost 50% less than I paid and was not refunded the difference. plans ruined checked out a day early. disgusting 」

「I had a really lovely stay here last night. Michael welcomed me warmly and showed me up to a lovely, bright, comfortable room. The bed was really comfy and it was so quiet, I slept really well. Everything was super clean. As a single person travelling for work I usually don't choose to stay in someone’s home but the reviews swayed me and I’m glad they did. I definitely hope to come back. 「Very nice place, the only downside is there were no blackout curtains. So in June, we were woken up very early by the light. Also from the children going to the school right next door. Other than that bed was comfy, very clean and had a very nice welcoming.」

「Came with my pregnant partner on Saturday the 30th to a very helpful and very pleasant receptionist to went out of their way for my partner to get us into a room quicker due to the hot weather, this was super duper appreciated! Very spacious room, good shower and toilet and even a fridge what made me super happy, especially with the hot weather. Bed was very firm but I slept like a baby. Rooms have amazing noise cancellation between the rooms. The only fault and this is ever so minor of a fault...

I booked the single room which had a large single bed. The room was comfortable, clean and really well equipped for short stays. Lots of towels which was definitely a plus. Only a few negatives were that my mum would have liked a non slip mat for the shower as she felt it could get a little slippy. It...
