「Lot of dust. Traffic noise most of the night then from early morning. Hot water was inconsistent both mornings. Staff were made this odd comment about my friend who I was travelling with as we checked in that kinda ruined our reunion after 5 years apart with weird energy. Not pet friendly. 「Very clean, great hotel. Customer service was incredibly helpful!」

「客房清潔和職員十分有善，洒店地方位置容易找到，早餐美味。」

「Besides poor sound insulation,Everything is just great, If you can stand on some noise from next door, Melbourne city Grand Hyatt is never wrong.」

「The hotel is conveniently located, with a tram station just right in front of the main entrance. Lots of dining choices within 5 minutes walking distance. The overall maintenance of the premises is good, the high-speed WiFi service is unbeatable. The only two complaints are perhaps the (a bit) unstable supply of hot shower water, and the reading light in the master bed room couldn’t be fixed due to lack of spare parts. But in sum, a nice stay with friendly front desk and housekeeping staff.」

「員工好helpful，不過間房太暗， 只得一個垃圾桶」

「The location of the hotel was not really that convenient unless you wanted to be in the South Quay area. We arrived after mid night and the area airing the hotel was very quiet and next to a large flyover. The hotel staff were helpful and the breakfast was good. I didn’t particularly like the industrial vibe of the hotel but each to their own!!」

「A nice place. Needs more maintenance.」

「房間乾淨，安靜，交通尚方便，離車站尚近，附近有7-11。早餐豐富，但因住五天，感覺菜色沒有變化。」

「nice stay, nice staff and very helpful. 」
