「Staff refused to check us in and would not refund our money to us. 」

「I didn't stay there on the outside it looks like a place where working girls go might be nice on the inside I didn't see any other guest cars I guess you don't show an outside picture for a reason you don't even put out their phone number I really was afraid I lived in this city that place looked like a dump」

「The hotel is obviously an older property, however it has been recently updated. The hotel was clean, quiet, and met all of our needs perfectly. We had no problems at the location, it was a good experience. We have family in the area that we travel to see a few times a year. We will continue to use this hotel in years to come.」

Kept wondering if I’d find roaches or a camera hiding out in one. Faucets were rickety and rusted. Bedding uncomfortable. Pillows covered in yellow, brown and orange stains. Also… what hot tub? 「Friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious and clean and even smelled clean. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. The location was quiet and convenient. The hot breakfast included scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage patties, bread, bagels, fruit, yogurt, waffles, cereal and drinks. Everything we had tasted good. The price was reasonable, I’d definitely stay there again.」

「They’re doing construction on the hotel currently. No heads up was given about this. The hallway was trashed. Garbage and dead bugs in the corners leading down to the rooms. My room was not clean. I don’t think they cleaned before we checked in. There were no towels provided and when we finally got them (after asking twice) they were stained. The sheets were stained and I haven’t stopped itching since sleeping there.」

「I actually booked 3 nights at this location but it was so horrible it forced me to checked out prematurely. The shower walls were absolutely filthy and that’s an understatement. They were riddled with smoking stains. The shower head was just as grotesque. Bathtub floor was/is in need of a good industrial high powered steam cleaning. The sink was damaged beyond repairs with a crack in it almost a foot in length. Someone attempted to repair the sink with superglue but it looks very...

「I guess "you get what you pay for" sums it up. Room was not clean. TV didnt work. A staff member did get it working, but it quit again after 2 hours. Continental breakfast was very minimal. Noisy at night with people coming and going all night. Homeless peolle on the edge of the property. Staff was hard to understand. But, it was cheap!」
