「This was a great stay. I was skeptical because of the neighborhood. However, once you walked in, I’d felt comfy and welcoming. The staff was great and the amenities were great. The property was clean. The only complaint was the outside was not the cleanest but I feel like that’s not their complete fault. Some people left garbage and other items around. Not cool. It gave the hotel a bad look from the outside. I would not drop the rating due to that minor detail. Overall, great and happy...

No maintenance on site to help. We complained to desk staff who took our phone number but we never received a phone call back. We were having a good experience until that point.」
