「The place must have just been renovated. It was beautiful, very clean and quiet. Roomy. I liked the separate bedroom for the kids. Close enough to walk into town. Jackie was very friendly.」

「We had a great time! The property and lake were gorgeous, the staff was exceedingly helpful and friendly. They had fantastic amenities! The condo was nice, very spacious, but a little run down. The screens were damaged, so the mosquitos came in at night, and I would recommend additional plates, silverware and perhaps salt/pepper in the units with full kitchens. I would definitely go back!」

「We were in town for a family reunion.The room was comfortable, bed was good not too soft or hard. Continental breakfast could have been better. The pancake machine didn't work. All that was available was donuts, toast, yogurt and cereal and coffee. Would like to have seen some oatmeal packets, tea bags and maybe hard boiled eggs. The pool was also closed for maintenance.」

「I love the Cross Lake area!!!」

「We had a very comfortable room with a jacuzzi. The bed was beyond comfortable and we used the jacuzzi every day of our stay. Great area with cute shops and bar/restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.」

「Very limited parking. A lot of loud partying going on in the next room at one point somebody just came right into our room from the hallway door that should’ve been locked and we couldn’t lock it and we had to have them send the super to lock it」

「Properly was well-maintained, pool and hot tub in great condition. Breakfast there was a nice selection. Room was clean beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.」

「For the price property was nice. Very clean, rooms were spacious and like the smaller water park. It is dated and needs some refreshing. The included breakfast was not worth it, but they rarely are.」
