「The refrigerator was working, but staff was friendly and very helpful. 」

「Bed bugs, cockroaches, cigarette smell, dog poop, spit balls, dirty toilet paper, dirty hand towel no bath towels, I could go on & on. My worst hotel experience ever! DO NOT STAY HERE! Manager said I should ask for a refund but at 1am you can’t get a room anywhere until later that day. 」
