It was disappointing. I chose this hotel because it was supposed to be near the airport, but it was actually quite far, and there was nothing in the area. I had to use DoorDash for food and walk half a mile to reach a gas station. My car was in storage since I was leaving the country for six months.
There was a soda vending machine that took my money without dispensing a drink. When I informed the staff, they said it wasn't their responsibility, as the machine belonged to someone else. I decided to settle for ice water, but found there was no ice machine. Eventually, the staff did give me some ice from their personal supply, which was appreciated—hence, two stars instead of one. However, I had to ask for it; it wasn't offered.
Additionally, the mattress had a plastic cover under the sheet, which felt unsettling—like staying in a nursing home. Overall, I would not recommend this place, even for the price. The owners need to take at least some responsibility for the amenities. At a minimum, there should be working vending machines and an ICE machine.
