「Our princess themed room was spacious and clean. We had no breakfast so cannot comment on this. Staff were very helpful explaining how the boiler and heating worked. 」

「The Snug was very comfortable and well equipped. It was also very clean. I could not work the shower but I did not contact the owner so I am sure it would have been sorted if I had. It was only three nights and there was a bath so I did not. It was well located, quite near to Matlock Bath. The bed was comfortable and it was well decorated throughout. 」

「Accomodation was larger than it looks in the photos, which was a nice surprise. The beds were comfortable, however I would take earplugs as I struggled to sleep due to the cars going past outside. I had to go and buy some from the town centre. At night the cars whizz past really fast.
The listing states that there is free parking but this isn’t true- you have to pay for it. I have asked Hotels.com to amend this as it’s false advertising. The reason we booked this hotel was for the free...
