「Ice machine a long way from room. Coffee from a machine was not very tasty. The shower was difficult to shut off,had to call maintenance.Breakfast was middle of the road.」

「Do not stay here. The room we booked was suddenly unavailable so they “upgraded” us to a “better” room. The room we originally booked was a king, they gave us a queen spa suite. Which was newly renovated, but it was tiny and the jetted tub for two was definitely not for two adults. It was also in the middle of the room, and since the room was so small, you got the bed wet any time you used it. That jetted tub is also the only shower / bath in the room at all. Very weird. The bar was...

「Beds in the room weren’t comfortable. Breakfast buffet wasn’t edible. The only draw for this resort is the indoor waterpark and arcade. 」

「What is the procedure? We have no complaints about the property itself, even while being remodeled. HOWEVER, when there is a tornado warning in the middle of the night, shouldn't there be a plan to get people off of the upper floors? Our phone alarms went off so we went down the stairs, thru the construction area that was blocked off, and finally found the lobby. Only a few people were standing around. Others were probably still sleeping. The TV in the lobby was not even turned on for updates....

「Breakfast was super good and was good when we were in a hurry to get out the door! Our room was clean and plenty of room for my toddler to run and play! We left the early to check out and the hotel called and asked if we left a bag because they found a child’s bag in the parking lot and were calling guest traveling with children so they didn’t forget it. It wasn’t ours but I thought it was awesome they were doing their best to track down the owner! Great hotel no complaints! We will definitely...

「Clean, comfortable room, easy parking and helpful staff. Close to the interstate though and some traffic noise during the night.」

「There was NO coffeemaker. Cabinets seem to be falling apart. Some of the pillows were ripped. Whatever floor cleaner they used was sticky. Had to pay extra to stream movies from my own device and a service I pay for? The property seemed a little sketchy.」

「Everyone at the Holiday Inn Express KC North Parkville were excellent . The Housekeeping staff were especially helpful with our room needs. The only concern was noise on weekends when baseball teams (teenagers) had games and stay at hotel. They can be quite loud running and horsing around in the hotel halls. Better parental supervision would be nice.」

「Good hotel and excellent service. Staff is friendly and accommodattive. Just not much to see around the neighborhood.」
