It is not obvious how to get to the hotel from the airport. It took us a while to figure out which train to take (it’s the one that goes to the parking garages!). The signs are not easy to follow. A shuttle driver, that we asked for help, confirmed that it was confusing to absolutely everyone!
I don’t often order room service, but we arrived late to the hotel and we were hungry. There was a 5 euro surcharge on any item ordered for room service. That was half the cost of the item I wanted! I decided to go down to the restaurant and see if I could take something “to-go”. They wanted to charge me the surcharge for that as well. I talked them out of it, but why upset your guests with this type of cash grab.
All-in-all it was a good but pricey stay close to the airport."
