"The staff were nice, rooms were decent; however, there was a very distinct spot of mould in the corner of the shower and the rooms AC system was very loud and only pumped cold air (we called someone up and they couldn't fix it). We asked if there was any way to turn it off but was told that unfortunately it's part of the main system and cannot be turned off."

"We always stay here when visiting family in Burlington--probably twice per year for the last 8 years. This hotel has consistently improved. The renovations have provided a lovely, modern hotel and it is consistently squeaky clean. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our kids love the pool (the the parents wish it was a bit warmer). Thank you again for the lovely and welcoming stay. "

"When me and my partner were parking a group of young men in a big SUV were flashing bright flash light at use as well as drive fast in the parking lot. The showers had Poor water pressure, no towels in the pool the pool deck was slippery slipped walking into the pool while holding the railing and broke my toe"
