「Such a treat to stay at this location! The staff and food were amazing and the lodge was like a step back in time, but with all the modern amenities. I stayed in the sweetest room that was just perfect for my needs. The sound of the rushing water from the river was constant and soothing and could be heard from all corners and areas of the facility. Very well worth every effort made to be there.」

「On arrival, we were not told what breakfast times were or where we could get breakfast. We asked about parking which we had paid extra for in our room to be told it was free at weekends anyway. We had paid for pool access on the room but were not told of where this was or how to access it. As it turns out, the pool and gym are well attended by locals and we barely got a chance to go but a timetable would have been helpful. 「Everything we experienced at Palm Court Hotel was above and beyond excellent. We really enjoyed our stay. The food was outstanding. The staff were really helpful and Jenna the Manager on duty was exceptional in helping us and making sure our stay was enjoyable. I would thoroughly recommend this Hotel to anyone.」

After waiting 2.5 hours someone connected and when we managed to talk to her she then couldn’t get the lockbox code which took another 30 minutes 」
