I would not suggest courtland inn unless you have NO other options. I paid for a kkng suite and had a room the size of a walk in closet. Renovations are severly needed

Our stay at was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and taken care of. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the location was perfect for what we had to accomplish the following day.

The rooms were clean and remodeled.They aren't in the newer style but were fine. I didn't like the pillows but my 78 year old father said they were fine, so tale my comment for what it is.

The room smelled of smoke, mold & mildew, Bathroom had mold around the tub that made me unsure if the toilet was clean. I felt like I was staying in a service station bathroom with a couple of beds inside.

After a 2 week stay i informed the owner i would start pay every 2 days becareful my job was about to end he told me it would be 65 a day so on the 5th day i went to pay he informed me that he went up to 75 a day and that i owed him for the previous 4 days 10$ more a day. I provided my own towels because they was always out and my own toilet paper never got room cleaned one time while staying there definitely never staying again

The room stunk of cigarettes, the lights were dim and the room was dingy. The matress sagged to the center and you could feel the spings. It was so bad, I actually turned in the key and left. I dove 30 minutes to Emporia and stayed at a chain hotel. I should have done that in the first place but figured I'd give this place a chance - poor decision.

Extremely disgusted with this facility. Everything was nasty, the sheets were not fresh, thankfully i brought blankets, so i slept on those.very dissatisfied, this place should've even be on expedia to be offered as a place to stay

It was ok i cant Complain. The obly bad thing was the people beside us was playing music until 3am. The sheets were Stain same with the Bath towels. But like i say it was some what ok. I can say the Owner. Came and help me when i could not get my car to unlock. He try his best of helping me. And do thank him for that
