I like the staff for the most part their friendly and very helpful. I didn't like how my toilet wasn't flushing and they could do better when it comes to clean their rooms after guests leave. Otherwise it's a nice place to be

Front desk wonderful (Ms. Kelly), location & surroundings (felt safe), peaceful sleep. My only complaint is that house keeping need to pay more attention/ take time and thoroughly clean especially bathroom. besides that its an ok place

You will like this place

I enjoyed my time at the Inn. The couple running the place were kind and attentive. Anything I needed they were able to supply. The toilet in my room was malfunctioning and I mentioned it to the front desk and within 30 min, maintainance was at the door and had it fixed. It was quiet and peaceful. I do plan to stay here again when I visit family in VA.

This hotel from OUTSIDE seems nice. Once you walk it smells terrible. You have drug addicts sitting on steps and walking through hall way. Linens in room ie towels that supposed to be clean with hairs in fabric. The sheets with stains. Very nasty…. Housekeeping staff coming to room in night gowns to bring supplies (unprofessional). Television in room doesn’t work. Front desk staff doesn’t know how to handle complaints nor begin to resolve them. He was very unprofessional as well. This place need to be shut down. I don’t recommend this place for no breathing person or animal to stay. A death trap….,

STAY AWAY! PLEASE! Had a Waffle House nearby, also was close to little shopping center. Horrible stay though, room 121s door didn’t close properly so I had to top latch to stay shut, I had trash in my trash can from previous guest, I had dirty sheets and I also met a terrible smell. AC was dirty and blew smells of old man, and receptionist was barely there. Don’t recommend at all.

When you walk in it smells like smoke but in the room ( non smoking room at least ) it didn’t smell bad at all. The room was clean when I walked in. Nice size room. Bathroom was clean. The front desk was super helpful. My tv wasn’t working and they tried fixing it and sent maintenance immediately. For the price I say it’s worth it. I’ll definitely be going back when I drive back down.

Smoke smell and lack of accessibility

The hotel itself is pretty run down and smells of weed/cigarette smoke. The room was surprisingly clean-- I say surprisingly because it smelled immediately wet and like smoke. There is also a lack of accessibility- no ramp to the first floor rooms. The first floor has three steps down to it. The coffee here is also awful- it's like instant mixed with hot water in the machine and it made one of my friends sick. Wouldn't recommend this place.
