Payton was excellent in getting us in our suite. He was very knowledgeable about the area. The rooms had more room then expected and are well keep. Can’t wait to plan another trip because we plan on staying here again.

2nd time we stayed and back again, the night manager is the best of this place, he made sure all went well.with us in every way he could, now, about the property, this time we saw some little bugs here and there but we were on 1st floor, so it might have been that. Did not even stay. There was cops in the parking lot when we arrived so we went up the road to holiday inn. Not a place to stay for a family vacation. Any review that says this place is any good is fake.

Was booked for 3 night's non smoking put me in first room smelled like smoke moved me to 3rd floor and the bed was unmade and people still had stuff in room 3rd room was dirty floor bathroom gross stains on the sheets and a used condom on the bed.

The price and location was the most convenient, the staff was very accomodating as there was not enough towels or toilet paper in the room, there was just 2 pillows per bed that were extremely thin, but for the price that we paid we didnt want to make a fuzz from it, next time bring your own pillows so it can be a bit more comfortable, qlso there was no staff at 830 am that would allow to check out, nor a way to check out electronically. Still the best of this visit was mr. Tim (front desk clerk), he was the most gracious and hospitable!

The Williamsburg Suites is an SRO hotel not meant for tourists and visitors. Stay away from this place. Not clean, not safe. Their website is a complete deception.

We reserved two rooms and upon arrival the front desk clerk was lost, the rooms were not available. The customer before us was given a room that someone was already staying. Would never recommend this place.

Mostly bad

Good parts....the beds were comfortable, the air/heat worked and the staff was friendly. Bad....it was dirty, no cable, no wifi. I had to buy cleaning products. Not enougb towels. No soap. Dirt and hair all over the bathrooms.
