「warm hospitality」

「The restaurant was really nice for dinner and the view is great. The carpet in the room had a ton of stains, they never came to service the room. We ordered the room service breakfast and it was terrible. Eggs not cooked, coffee press didn’t have a filter so the coffee granules were in the coffee. One slice of bacon for two people and very expensive.」

「The worst service. Location is a 30 minute walk away from High Street. Amenities were slim and poorly maintained. The restaurant is highly priced for food, coffee and beverages that aren't close to being freshly made. Some of the breakfast items were microwaved packages food, yet the cost was premium. Wi-fi is spotty around the grounds. Staff is truly unhelpful in every regard and will not go out of their way to assist you during your stay. There were many times that we asked for basic things,...

「I booked this at very last minute. Nice quiet spot, staff really friendly and helpful. BedRooms are a bit dated, but in good order, (no TV remote tho!!) Food was nice at the bar, buffet breakfast was nice too. Not a bad find.」

「Very run down and poorly managed hotel. Tv didn’t work, shower curtain was covered in mold, No clean towels as the took ours and couldn’t replace them for two days. People coming and going all night making a lot of noise talking in reception area that is right next to the rooms. Staff didn’t seem to care we didn’t have any towels for to days and hardly any sleep due to them talking loudly all night and playing music 」

「l'hotel da poco "rinnovato" presenta davvero lacune basiche. Camere decenti, ma piccole. La doccia piccola e senza (o pochissima acqua calda!) TV presente in camere ma senza telecomando, e non si riusciva ad operare. Colazione BASICA. 」
