"The only thing that would've made things better would be put more than 2 coffee packets in the bedroom for a 2 night stay with 2 adults, but we are doing great if that's my only issue "

"Decent for the price but the restaurant is closed for remodeling. They assured us they had a “convenience store” on site but it was nearly empty so be prepared. It was also such a bummer to stay somewhere for 2 days and not have a single employee I saw SMILE once."

"The staff were all friendly and it was a nice atmosphere. Just a decent amount of traffic noise due to the freeway and possibly from the main road. Also conveniently located close to downtown."

"We stayed here for the fifth third race and it was a perfect weekend being able to be right in the heart of downtown and being able to walk to all the events."

"During our stay, we had marijuana pumping through the vent into our room. This was super disturbing and really strong. I went to the front desk and they were spraying febreeze in the air on their floor to neutralize the smell. It was so bad on our floor. They gave me febreeze to spray in our room and said I’m over it. Take it! It continued to smell in our hallway the following day. Nothing was done to compensate for this horrible experience!"

"The room we got had torn carpet and we moved rooms and the same problem plus the toilet didn’t work, the lounge and outside patio were all closed plus the we didn’t get breakfast"

"We had a problem with the heat working it would heat room then switch to ac and never heat again. Not much hot food for breakfast so we skipped that"

"We arrived a day early for a conference downtown and chose to stay here to save money versus book additional night at downtown hotel. This hotel was SO nice. Staff was friendly. I also loved that it was close to a couple stores for us to do a little shopping for things we had forgotten. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again! "
