"This property has so many positives…great location, outstanding views, and beautiful gardens. However, some of the fundamentals were lacking. First off, and the biggest offender, our mattress. It was in very poor condition and we barely slept. The standard room was small and crammed with oversized furniture, leaving nowhere to put your bags. Lighting was poorly placed and outlets were lacking. No window room darkening options to tame the light that was on all night outside our window. Blinds alone were insufficient. Really cheap toilet paper and facial tissue. We checked out early."

"Was a great hotel and comfortable visit. The room was clean and well kept, and we found the amenities nice enough. Was disappointed to find out there was a "resort fee" upon checking out. I likely missed some small print somewhere, but with nothing mentioned at check in, a $100 surprise when leaving left a bad taste unfortunately. "

"There were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I would NOT recommend the Spoke and Wheel restaurant in the hotel facility. The service there was so abominable that we left before ordering because we were seated for over 15 minutes and no one even spoke to us. The restaurant was NOT busy."
