「Receptionists were not very friendly, but the apartment was good in all equipments and clean. The tram station is just 3mins walk distance. If you just travel with partner, it’s a good choice to stay here.」

「Was fine. Good location. Quiet.」

「Room was clean and modern. Bathroom modern also, except that the bathroom window could not be fully closed which it made it cold on a winter's night. Room was light and airy with a nice view over the tennis courts. Could have used some plates and cutlery in the drawer. Attendant at reception could have pointed out where the lift was. Otherwise good value for money.」

「Unfortunately they only had two pillows on the queen bed, one each. And they were the hardest memory foam pillows I have ever used. We actually ended up getting our own pillows as there were no others in the apartment. The bed also only had a quilt, no sheet, and there was a spare blanket but it was the itchy kind that I remember from school camps. No drier for laundry which is hard for wet, overcast, winter weather. Also had work being done in multiple areas of building, but wasn't interfering...

「The room is clean. There is also washing machines in your room which is very good. We didn’t cook but we can see those cutlery and equipment for cooking are all there. There is also take away restaurant opening until 4am near the hotel so you don’t need to worry about food if you come at midnight like us.」

「房間如照片所示，空間十分寬敞；地點絕佳，鄰近南十字車站和tram station，不管是前往CBD或是往Southbank, St. Kilda都很方便；額外加分項是靠近各家day tour集合點之一。基本廚房設施皆有提供，亦附餐具刀具等。 缺點部分有：1）餐具和設施沒有清潔得很乾淨，茶杯有陳年的茶漬(建議用過碳酸鈉浸泡清洗)，烤箱盤也油油的，2）跟其他空間相比，浴室的照明偏暗，3）浴室的水槽很小，在水槽洗臉時頭會撞上水龍頭。 即使如此，整體來說我滿意這次的住宿，櫃檯人員也很親切地提供協助。下次有機會回訪墨爾本時我會考慮這間飯店，也願意推薦給其他朋友。」
