「We chose this hotel both as a stop off break on our way to Cornwall and a place where we could meet up with friends we had not seen for a year. We were pleasantly surprised by both the welcome and the hotel itself. Whilst Stroud itself is a bit of a mix this hotel is, in my opinion, the jewel in the crown. The refurbishment is top notch. The decor is very stylish and tasteful, up to date in every way. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice from continental to cooked. Staff could not do...

「This was an amazing place to stay. If you are looking for an authentic "room above a country pub" experience. This is the place. It does have old pub quirks, the floors arent very level, and the access upstairs is challenging. But the charm of the beams and windows is undeniable. The apartment was beautifully decorated, and if you're into art, this places hums with it. We loved our time here. And its location means its easy to explore Gloustershire and South Wales. 」
