「Great service, food was good and clean 」

「No había personal en la barra de bebidas de la alberca y palapa. No se nos mostró la carta de vinos en el restaurante. Durante nuestra estancia no hubo en ningún día muesli o avena para desayunar, aunque estos dos platillos estaban en la carta. Se nos dijo que no tenían. El servicio de transporte del hotel hacia y desde el aeropuerto fue incómodo por la manera de manejar de los choferes a alta velocidad.」

「I’ve stayed at this property 3 times and each time it has been a great experience. The rooms are very affordable and clean. The AC works very well especially since Barra can get very hot and humid. I really enjoy the hotel restaurant. The food is very good and the kitchen is very clean. The pool is beautiful and they often have live music. I highly recommend asking staff about events and things to do on the property. Overall a great place to stay. I highly recommend.」

「No wifi in the room, only in lobby. The food in Buffet restaurant not good, but food in the restaurant that need reserve was good.」

「Hotel is clean. Restaurants a la carte are not open, when are open 1 time in 5 days no availability. All inclusive hotel and I have to pay for room service this is disrespectful. Hotel is nice and clean but old , old furniture in lobby and rooms needs upgrade.」
