La atención del personal es de lo mejor. Las instalaciones son viejas y vaya que les hace falta mucho mantenimiento. El aire acondicionado podría ser mejor pero el agua de las habitaciones tiene algo extraño, yo llevaba mis propios jabones y paracíqn no hacer efecto, ni espuma hacían además de que tenía un sabor extraño (lo noté al lavarme los dientes)

La atención del personal excelente igual que la comida. Lo que no me gusto es que les falta mantenimiento a las habitaciones. El aire acondicionado no sirve, la puerta del baño hinchada, se les olvidó dejar papel higienico, toallas y no habia television en el cuarto.

El hotel es bonito, la comida es buena en especial para quien gusta de comer mariscos, las bebidas son buenas, sin embargo no hay tanta calidad en sus licores o vinos. Repito el hotel es bonito y confortable pero si se alcanza a ver ya el paso de sus años hasta en sus cobijas de cama y en la infraestructura de las instalaciones, ojalá y poco a poco puedan ir remodelando, si es recomendable y si volveríamos.

Nos ofrecieron una mejor habitación y no le servía el aire, nos dijeron que todos los di rellenaban el frigobar, no sucedió….. nos dejaban la habitación sucia, muy mala experiencia la verdad, abren los bares después de las 11hrs y uno lo cierran a las 4 y el otro a las 6, la alberca también la cierran a las 6 de la tarde, no es un lugar que pueda recomendar. Lo único que vale la pena son todas las atenciones de los meseros/as. Muy amables todos y serviciales
