「We booked this hotel last minute as the one we originally booked was awful and we couldn't get away fast enough! From the moment we arrived here we were made to feel very welcome and the staff were so helpful. The reception , pools areas, and bars were all really nice, however the corridors and lifts in our block looked as if they had missed the refurb! Were upgraded to 2 bedroom apartment on arrival Had an issue with leaking toilet but was immediately dealt with when I reported it Spacious accommodation and very clean Good sized kitchen with excellent facilities Lovely pool area. Pool was heated and although not warm was not as Baltic as other pools in Lanzarote which were too cold to get in Would definitely stay there again. 」

「We had a partial ocean view. The room was nice, ours had an outdoor tub. Was surprised there were no robe & slippers. Little things in the room could use some fixing but nothing that reallly affected our use of the room.」

「It is very clean, the staff are super helpful and you can walk to everything you need. They don't do room service but you can get food like pizza across the street late. I could have done with a couple more pillows but it's fine. The balconies all look over the sea and the air-conditioning worked well. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were lovely and soft. Blackout blinds great. Didn't eat there. 」

「We stayed in room 220 on 1st floor. About 15 steps to room. (In 3 sections). No lifts. I have walking difficulties but steps we ok. Room clean & basic. Large corner balcony overlooking the sea. Air con in lounge. On arrival Maria had left key's & instructions for us, easy! Pool area nice, clean & peaceful. Other than breakfast option which we didn't use. There is no food or drink service on site. But supermarket outside was very good for supplies. For someone with walking issue...

「Unfortunately we only got to stay one night but during our short stay we found the room beautiful, large bedroom, separate seating/tv lining area, fabulous bathroom and lovely outdoor patio area. The hotel has direct access to the beach. Everywhere was spotless and staff at reception was very efficient and helpful. Would definitely stay again and hopefully for a longer visit. 」
