Their kindness, consideration, and attention to detail transformed what could have been a stressful experience into one filled with calm and reassurance. "I ended up being stranded due to the airport closure. I booked my hotel on Expedia in a rush at the airport and when I arrived it turned out I book it for October. The staff were wonderful and accommodated me as they could see I was in stressed safe. I then had to extend my stay as the airport was closed another day, I changed my room to a suite and the suite was incredible, totally amazing and was glad I got to experience it The staff made my stay so compassionate and understanding. Thank you so much to the front desk team ladies."
