「We arrived later in the evening tired from a long trip. The front desk person was friendly, kind and efficient. She went out of her way to help us acclimate to this new country. The room was spacious and clean with everything we needed. The other staff were great also to help. 」

「位置非常好，近杜羅河邊，又在碼頭中央位置，行數分鐘就到路易一世大橋。惟酒店的洗手間、洗面盤和沖涼室都在同一空間位置，沒有間隔，同一時間只適一人使用，不太方便。另外，三日只整理房間一次，期間如有需要，要預先廿四小時通知及另作收費。要留意無USB充電位。」

「I never write reviews, but this is a special place. Ideal for long/er stays and fellow digital nomads. Very close to the city center and all, yet like a little world apart. Recommend booking an apartment with view to the garden. I've been positively surprised by the facilities: - internet connection top - laundry and drier room (free) - very well equipped gym - hot sauna and steam room - beautiful pool - afternoon snacks Also: They took extra measures to accommodate my mold allergy & chemical...

「Veronica is very nice and helpful during our stay there. The location is very convenient to the restaurants we like and all sight seeing spots are all in walking distance. The only drawback is no elevator inside the building so if you are not travelling with a strong guy and with heavy suitcase, you will have to reconsider the larger suite here as mine is the smallest which is on the top floor. 😞」
