「Excellent location, beautiful property, and affordable. Would like to come back but management communication tools must be used more effectively. Poor communication with reception caused duress and stress during our travel delay, as there was no way to determine if they could hold our room if we checked in late or a day later. 「This is a very beautiful building centrally located which allows you to walk to the most interesting places to visit in the city. Its rooms are comfortable with everything you need. The breakfast is delicious and very varied. Staff are great and helpful. Parking can be done in the near Plaza España and you can get a discount with a hotel voucher」

「Room was very clean. It’s a ground floor apartment and can be a little noisy sometimes when people come in and out of the apartment block. The apartment is located a minute away from the Roman ampitheatre . 5min walk to the harbour front, shops and restaurants. There’s no view as it faces onto the street. Room facilities were good with the exception of the shower which we found difficult to regulate the temperature.」

「Our stay at Hotel Cristina was fantastic! It was a great location to go to the beach and the town of Los Alcazares. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff was so nice and helpful, especially Jenny and Cristina herself. They helped us choose a tour of Mar Menor and where to eat. When we were leaving Los Alcazares, we could not get a taxi and Cristina personally arranged a ride for us! What a wonderful gesture. We highly recommend Hotel Cristina for the best hotel experience you could ask...

「Huge room. Very comfortable bed. Excellent shower and robes/slippers and products in the bathroom. Adjacent to restaurants and shops and a 5 min walk away from the beach. Roof top pool and a few sunbeds.」
