「Very nice hotel, not many things around」

「The property needs some updating. Areas showing wear and tear need to be fixed. Not a 5 star property. No bath mats, only 2 towels, no in room safe, no coffee machine. We could not use the A/C since entire hotel was still on heat and we were told that the hotel was either one or the other. Being 25 celcius out, couldn’t understand why the heat would still be running. Staff seemed pre-occupied and not particularly motivated to help. Property also understaffed. 「Sauberes Zimmer. Gute Anleitung um in die Unterkunft zu finden. Wir hatten glaub ich das Beste Zimmer. Mit Meerblick und recht grosszügig. Es ist Boho Mässig geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Klimaanlage vorhanden. Kleiner Balkon. Die Tür zum Balkon dichtet nicht ab daher war uns sehr kalt in der Nacht und die Klimaanlage wäre uns zu laut gewesen. Preis Leistung passt leider nicht so ganz. Etwas zu teuer für die angebotene Einfachheit. Das inkludierte Frühstück war auch sehr einfach. Die Dame war zwar...

「We originally booked the Bahia hotel as we've stayed there before & enjoyed it! However, it was closed & we were offered a stay at Dos Playas. Our room was modern, clean ,lovely hot water, large balcony overlooking the pool. The staff were polite, respectful & helpful. There were 3 full touring buses so the hotel was a little noisier than expected.」

「Excellent buffet breakfast and large room with balcony overlooking pool and sea. Massive discount for week prior to Easter. However, bar and restaurant were closed and no entertainment provided. 15 minute walk to town centre for facilities. Bidet in bathroom would have been handy, when only feet needed washing. No toilet brush or plastic stool to sit on to dry yourself after a shower. Got stressed out trying to get safe in bedroom to lock. Followed instructions keying in 4 numbers and # key....
