"The hotel was clean and pretty convenient to where we needed to be. The shuttle was a nice feature. But the service was not great. We had to call the front desk 3 times to get a roll of toilet paper. The first time they said the housekeeping staff was not in yet and would be there in 30 minutes. 45 minutes later we called and talked to a different person who did not know of our request. Another 45 minutes later, we talked to a 3rd person who finally sent someone up. Just poor service."
