The hotel is a perfectly fine example of a Super 8, as long as your expectations understand that. Many aspects of the rooms have been renovated and are fine, I would stay again. However I would not look forward to the included breakfast, it is not well cared for. Despite the sketchy looking parking lot, inside the hotel felt safe.
