「The staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is modern and clean as displayed in the picture. A bit of issue is that the parking outside is very limited (open for holiday inn guests) despite we’ve paid for the parking (NZ$15/night) the parking is always full and we need to go in to reception desk to ask the stuff to open the basement and use the staff parking over there. I believe the hotel should control the number of parking permits issued to guests so to make sure this won’t happen...

「Stayed for 5 nights, staff are all friendly, excellent room equipment, close to supermarket. The room design feels really great, but relatively wear and tear in kitchen equipments, and the washing machine is broken at my last night」

「Good value and nothing to complain at all. Very new hotel and clean. The location is convenient and near to airport and nearby shopping mall with super market n restaurants. Should definite come back in my next visit. The only drawback is limited car park. We had to park our car along the road outside the hotel which was dead end but got a fine ticket next morning. 」

「House keeping did a wonderful job, room was cleaned and tidy which made our stay really comfortable. However the water temperature for shower was not hot enough. Will be just warm if taking a bath. That’s the only downside need to be improved. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. thank you!」

「Room tidy and clean. Yet, there was an odour near the kitchen. Wonder if they have tried using deodoriser to eliminate that. The owner was nice and helpful. As we were leaving early for a trip, the owner allowed us to park our car early that morning before checking in. some construction work and road block nearby, he also gave us clear instructions on how to get in through the other way. Nice short stay apart from the odour. 」
