「The heater was very noisy. There were three people in our occupancy. On the second day of our stay, we went to the counter to ask for bath towels, but the counter staff were only willing to give us two copies. If I want three towels, l would need to pay.😠 」

「If you're looking for a quiet place with nice staff and a clean bed for a couple of nights, this will work. If you expect a minimum standard of upkeep, you'll be disappointed. Pros: Quiet facility, friendly staff, well lit parking, proximity to WWU, hot water, decent water pressure, the bed was comfortable, the linens are alright. Cons: Very dated, many things are in various states of disrepair (room lock, dripping faucet, hot/cold temp control in the shower spins without engaging), dirty...

「Love this hotel. Stayed there many times and never had a bad experience. In addition to the nice people who work there, the rooms are spacious and clean, there is a pool to wear out the kids, lots of parking, and its located near a shopping mall and Cornwall Park, and a short drive to I-5, restaurants, Western Washington U, a movie theater and the boardwalk.」
