Man hat den Eindruck, dass seit mehreren Jahrzehnten kaum etwas renoviert oder modernisiert wurde. 「The room was okay, it had a bad smell (I think it was the carpet) but we got used to it. There was only bath towels, no hand towels. The view was amazing. The restaurant downstairs was amazing. We did not spend a lot of time in the hotel, and more in the surrounding area, so that smell did not take the score down too low :)」

「Loved the modern vibe. Comfortable bed. Room was good size. Only issue was a party in the courtyard one evening. Was audible and quite loud. That said, the party ended at a reasonable time and didn't interfere with our sleep. Coffee bar was great. Had one dinner at the restaurant. Really good veggie burger (loved the curry spices). Note: this hotel in not centrally located and a good 30 minute walk to the old center ( Trinity College). This was not an issue for us and we knew ahead of time....
