It was perfect for us, the owner Dino was a super host and upgraded us to a better room with a terrace, had fresh new baked croissants every morning and also made us cappuchini. We also got a bucket with ice when we brought home some cava. The rooms had a very good standard and was cleaned every day! "This is a beautiful old villa set in acres of olive trees. One couldn't ask for a more tranquil setting. The hotel is brand new and is showing signs of some work to be done. The roads are pretty rough and could use some better maintenance. This is important expecially at night when driving in and out can be a bit sketchy. We stayed in the Trulla house which is a charming traditional house away a bit from the main property. Watch your head on the low stone doorways! Overall, in a year or so, once they work out the kinks this will be a wonderful property. The surrounding area is lovely as well and there are two one-star Michelin restaurants a few kilometers in either direction."
