「Great hotel and staff, only downside was gym was small and in the basement. Although there was a bar by the pool (the only one outside) it closed at 7pm - it would be nice to be able to have a drink outside in the evening.」

「Do not stay there. Not a palace. Very outdated. They force you to wear a swim cap for pool. Property is in the middle of nowhere and if you don't have a rental you are out of luck. Staff was helpless. Said they would change room to Expedia but lied. They also refused to cancel the stay. Do not book !」

The property itself is beautiful — the infrastructure is gorgeous, the staff are extremely friendly, the amenities are genuinely useful, and the restaurant is outstanding. The hotel sits outside the small towns of Puglia rather than inside one of them, so you'll need a car to get around. 「The property was very clean and well maintained, and interspersed amongst apartment units of residents who live in Locorotondo. These properties are all configured differently as our friends were in a different unit and it was configured in a much better layout. The stairs in our unit were very steep and narrow, with a low bulkhead -my husband hit his head several times when coming down the steps. At the end of the hallway in our unit, was a full length mirror propped against the wall and...

This Hotel is perfect to move around the towns of Puglia and the place is very beautiful, the rooms are gorgeous and the service very friendly. I would recommend to improve the kitchen specially for breakfast. But definitely it’s a place that worth to stay!」
