「The hotel is very good in all aspects, I wish I could stay for more days」

「It was nice. Didn’t have any issues. Upon check in and check out, the staff was friendly. Didn’t have much contact with them otherwise. 」

「I looked forward to staying at the La Fonda! But unfortunately some of the staff was pretty snotty. They made me fell less than. I was really hurt about that. Just because i didn't wear fancy cloths or my family was a problem.. how rude... and these were young workers and don't need to be treated less than. I will never stay here ever. To expensive to be treated less than. This was supposed to be a treat for my family and i was very disappointed 😞 」

「Mandatory valet parking is not only inconvenient, it is also a rip off with the valets expecting tips. At these room rates, and mandatory resort fees, tipping should be discouraged with prominent signage and the valets should be instructed to turn down tips.」

「Beautiful room! The artwork and quality of space was amazing. The big heavy vintage wood doors were beautiful. We loved the authentic adobe feel inside with visible straw mud walls. Amenities were great, too, with coffee maker and glass door fridge. The breakfast buffet (free) was delicious offering fresh fruit, French toast, bacon, eggs and hash browns. 「Lovely place to stay, though rough conditions of sidewalks (all around Santa Fe!) make walking a bit more difficult. I love the character of the room, quirky floors and artwork. The room had all the desired equipment - microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker. Bathroom and shower were a good size. The shower curtain needs to be longer; water seepage was common. The room needed more outlets by the bed. The TV was located directly above a small work table which was sort of inconvenient. A...

「Nice place - but has much upgrade/investment potential (...e.g. finish pool/Hot Tub work and get it re-opened, add microwave & fridge, update outlets, etc.). Grounds in need of attention. Can't really walk to anywhere cool - need transportation. Seemed clean - despite some previous reviews」
