「C’est un hôtel propre et des grandes chambres je donne 5/5 étoiles je suis satisfaite」

「The hotel is in a good location, the rooms are large with a good sized balcony, best to choose a deluxe room with sea view. But .. rooms were not serviced daily, our last 3 days, no cleaning/servicing of our room. There is no WiFi. There is no private beach. There is no gift shop/porter service. We had to show proof of our marriage or our booking would be invalid. The staff in the kitchen seem to be overworked hence the lack of replenished breakfast food, plates, coffee etc. No air conditioning...

「We were here for business and stayed one night in this hotel. Room is big and clean. Staffs are very helpful. It's not near the tourist attractions but there is a shopping mall called "Grand Oran" only 10 minutes by walk. They have free taxi to the airport. Overall, it's very nice to stay in this hotel. I'll definately come back to this hotel again when I visit Oran next time!」

「Je ne le recommande pas du tt sa pu un peu partout, ils ont mentionné qu'il y a un lave-linge or que non, les lits font du bruit et on entend bien le bruit des eaux usée qui passent à travers la cuisine et la salle de bain qui pu jusqu'à ce que je bouche le tuyau qui est sensé être l'évacuation du lave-linge. Je n'avais pas de wifi et j'ai dû descendre 2 fois et rien, puis il m'a dit que je vais remonter pour remédier le pb mais rien, aucune nouvelles ni le wifi. Heureusement que j'étais...

「Overall the hotel is good but two comments: 1. Breakfast a bit disappointing for the price. We had stayed in a hotel in Algiers for more or less the same price but which served much better Breakfast. 2. The cleaning lady threw away my wife's person item without asking.」

「Initially was going to give it 1 star across the board because I had a terrible check in. However, Whalid/Waheem was fantastic in taking over from the staff member I was dealing with before and being extremely professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I think the whole reception front desk would crumble without his dedication to his job and being so good at it. The hotel is located at an amazing location for tourists where you are close to so many of the attractions within walking distance. ...

「Quand nous sommes arrivés nous étions pas noter sur leur agenda pas de trace de notre arrivée il a fallu prouvé que nous avions bi réservé et payé pour une chambre triple Du coup l'hôtel était complet, ils nous ont donné une chambre double avec un matelas au sol, nous étions pas trop satisfait. Notre nuitée était moyennement bien le lit de 2 personnes n'était II 1 pas du tout confortable 」
