「Un séjour très agréable à Oran. Le personnel est serviable et disponible. Le petit déjeuner a un large choix et la vue du 6eme étage est splendide. Content d’avoir revu Tahar qui est d’habitude à Béjaia.」

「We were here for business and stayed one night in this hotel. Room is big and clean. Staffs are very helpful. It's not near the tourist attractions but there is a shopping mall called "Grand Oran" only 10 minutes by walk. They have free taxi to the airport. Overall, it's very nice to stay in this hotel. I'll definately come back to this hotel again when I visit Oran next time!」

「Overall the hotel is good but two comments: 1. Breakfast a bit disappointing for the price. We had stayed in a hotel in Algiers for more or less the same price but which served much better Breakfast. 2. The cleaning lady threw away my wife's person item without asking.」

「Lady at check in grumpy. Allocated standard room when booked Junior suite. Sink leaked at base. Shower screen not sealed so also leaked floor constantly wet. Junior suite spacious and great bed and AC. Well located. If they could fix water issue it would be a good hotel. 」

「Initially was going to give it 1 star across the board because I had a terrible check in. However, Whalid/Waheem was fantastic in taking over from the staff member I was dealing with before and being extremely professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I think the whole reception front desk would crumble without his dedication to his job and being so good at it. The hotel is located at an amazing location for tourists where you are close to so many of the attractions within walking distance. ...
