"Booked a room during a major sporting event happening near by. Was the cheapest option and was a smoking room left. It was a last minute business trip so I booked it. Someone called me and asked if I wanted a smoking room and I told them I would prefer a non-smoking. They changed the room to a non-smoking. ..."
