The room is small. The shower is weak. No microwave and minibar. The property itself has nothing to be praised for but I still rated 4-star. It is because the staffs are really friendly except one lady on the day shift who hardly smiled. I also enjoyed the breakfast. We were given a really small room. The bathroom is really small too. Whenever I took shower the water is weak and whenever I turned I touched the shower curtain. I asked the front desk if they had a bigger room and it happened that there were 2 available. And they said because we are staying for 8 nights, they let us have a bigger room. That helped.

The room was very small, it even enough room to unpack adequately. Shower, toilet and sink are all in a single room with no division. Staff are extremely helpful and accommodating and the breakfast provided a very wide variety of meats, cheeses, breads and other breakfast foods.

Awesome hotel, and part of the Scandic chain. Right round the corner from the train station and in the middle of all the awesome Copenhagen action. All the staff were superb, both through the check in process, and with advising on the best places to see and visit during my three days in that awesome city. The room was a decent size, especially the bathroom, and the shower was spacious and powerful. I would recommend to anyone who is visiting Copenhagen, which is by far one of the best cities in Europe.

The location of the hotel was great. We rented bikes from the hotel and spent the day riding all over the city. I liked being close to the train station as we took several trips out of the city by train and also to and from the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful and our room was nice and clean. We enjoyed the nice breakfast each morning. The only downfall was that the shower was not enclosed causing most of the bathroom floor to get wet. Other than that, everything was great.

God beliggenhed men standarden er ikke prangende

2 stjerner for tilstanden af værelse og hotel. Der er meget lydt og rengøringen var mangelfuld. Morgenmaden sikrer den ekstra stjerne pga det store udvalg. Beliggenheden er virkelig god.

Die Lage ist gut für Erkundungen. Die Fenster sind gut isoliert. Zum Hotel: Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und abgewohnt. Wirkt alles etwas schmuddelig wg. Gilb und den Toiletten, die nicht mehr zu reinigen sind. Keine Ablagefläche im Bad. Kaum Wasserdruck. Alles in allem zu teuer für den Zustand.

Vender ikke tilbage

Skulle bo på hotellet 5 overnatninger ifm forretningsrejse. Havde forinden bedt om et stille værelse. Ved check in var der ikke sørget for dette. Jeg fik åbenbart det sidste værelse som vendte ud mod gården. Værelset var meget slidt, loftet var nærmest ved at falde ned, hårtørrer virkede ikke. Jeg bad om nu hårtørrer og de ville komme med en til værelset. Men efter 3 timer gik jeg selv ned igen og bad om en. Skraldespandene i gården tømmes om morgenen kl 6, du bliver vækket af lyden selvom jeg boede på 4. Sal. Morgenmaden var ok, men meget fyldt så man nærmest ikke kunne finde en plads. Jeg bad om at checks ud et par dage før, så jeg kunne finde et andet hotel. Men de kunne ikke sikre mig refundering af de penge. Vælg at bo et andet sted f.eks. ligger Guldsmedens hotel lige i nærheden.
