I felt the hotel was dated eg furnishings, style My room definitely needed up grading, it was dark and felt pokey. The bathroom also needed modernising, felt 60s 70s style. Shower difficult to manipulate. Having said all that, it is an old building so would need serious investment to renovate. The breakfast facilities were excellent.

Our week long stay at Phoenix Copenhagen was wonderful. The entire staff was so helpful from beginning to end and we always felt very well taken of. The room was lovely and cozy, with very comfortable beds. The bathroom was a good size but the shower was a little tricky to get in and out of without a handle to use. Our room was on the street side but very quiet, which was wonderful. I will absolutely stay at this ideal location (close to great restaurants and the Metro) again.

A very nice hotel at an excellent location in the middle of the fanciest part of Copenhagen and within walking distance from many of the city’s most attractive sights. The breakfast is excellent, resembling a brunch.
